Konjufca hosts Barbano, requires more substantial co-operation with EULEX

The Speaker of the Parliament, Glauk Konjufca, has hosted today's meeting of the European Union's Chief Mission for the End of Law, E ULEX, Giovanni Pietro Barbano.
As the Assembly reports, issues of co-operation between the Republic of Kosovo and EULEX were discussed at the meeting, as far as the area of rule of law is concerned, from the perspective of currentity and common goals for widespread legitimacy, virtual democracy and long-term stability.
They have stressed their <x0) preparedness for continued and more substantial co-operation, with the aim of growing progress in the direction of rule of law”.
Konjufca thanked the guest for the visit, praising the EU Mission contribution to Kosovo.
He said his contribution has also given him its effects on the capacities of the Republic of Kosovo to face all challenges that lie ahead.
EULEX chief Giovanni Pietro Barbano thanked Chairman Konjufca for the reception, expressing readiness and commitment for ever deeper co-operation in the direction of the rule of law, the Parliament reports.
