This work is sanctioned with Article 142 regarding Article 22 of the Criminal Law of the Socialist Federation Republic of Yugoslavia (c. “) LP-RSFJ” as a law in effect at the time of the criminal offence.
The wartime “suspect in Kosovo, about March 1999, in the municipality of Istog, has committed various criminal acts, including the plunder and destruction of civilian population property”, police and Prosecution report in a joint statement.
By order of the prosecutor of the case, the defendant is under arrest and police arrest to be sent to the Pre-emptive Procedure Judge within the legal deadline.
