LAST LAST LATER: Today, an indictment arises in the case of Banjska, this is the main point of the indictment.

This month it's been a year since the terrorist attack in Zvecan Banjska, where police sergeant Africa Buxaku was killed, and another policeman was wounded. For the September 23rd attack, chief criminal Milan Radojcik, who was also part of the attack along with over 30 others, writes [...]
Until today, Chief Special Prosecutor Blerim Isufaj will hold a press conference, Periscope learns from its sources that today an indictment will arise for the terrorist attack in the country's north.
Among the highlights of this indictment is “Centen of Kosovo Republic Law, Constitutional Order“.
According to the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, the head of criminal acts is sentenced to no less than 10 years of buurgim or for life in prison, If doing the work: results in the death of one or more people; risking one or more people's lives...
In contrast to the case, the country's Prime Minister Albin Kurti has consistently, along with other government acts, attacked the Prosecution for failing to establish the indictment.
“Today, it has been made exactly 10 months since the assassination of Africa Bunnjak... in Kosovo has not yet been filed with Milan Radojici. Our attorney hasn't had 10 months to file charges, but it didn't take him 10 hours to question the justice minister for a Facebook status.”, Kurti declared during the government meeting.
While days earlier Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu said that twice in a row, Kosovo institutions through the Ministry of Justice have turned to Serbia for offering evidence linking with the terrorist, Milan Radojic, but others who participated in Banjska's attack.
“Serbia has not returned, but as you know what happened recently is the Ministry of Justice has referred to the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo as required. If we look at the demand, we cannot share it with the public because they are sensitive issues, but to be referred to in charge requires proof of the case. It should be clear to Serbia that the only state that has the right to investigate this case is the Republic of Kosovo, in this case the Special Prosecutor of Kosovo, and on the other hand, instead of making such demands that the subject be transferred to Serbia, the important thing is that all evidence concerning this case, Serbia handed over to Kosovo institutions, in this case through the Ministry of Justice to the Special Prosecutor. Serbia's request has been rejected, and conflicts with Article 85 of international law co-operation”, Had Haxhiu declared.
