The initial session in this criminal case is set to be held by September 25th, 2024, at 09:3018x1>, Gashi said.
The attack on Banjska occurred on September 24th of last year. That's where the police sergeant, the hero Africa Bulnjak, was killed. In addition, three Serbs who attacked Kosovo's north remained killed.
Organiser of this attack pleaded former Serbian List Vice President Milan Radojic.
