However, Unitedi reportedly has already reached total agreement with the SPG on the purchase of Ugarit.
According to transfer experts Fabrizio Romano and David Ornstein, 23-year-old Uruguayn must soon be introduced to the club by Old Tuffford.
The SPG reportedly has agreed to sell it to the English club for a figure of 60m euros, including bonus.
The fixed fee will be 50m euros plus 10m euros in bonuss, while Ugarit is expected to travel today to Manchester to finalise the transfer.
