This is the 16th time the two KLA leaders have continued to stand behind the cell yet without completing the trial.
The reasons are already the same, but they take only different forms.
The panel of the Judicial Chamber has found there is a danger that the two seniors mentioned would intervene in justice, given the events they claim took place within the Pre-burg Centre based on suspicions of instructions to visitors to influence witnesses.
However, the panel this time around says the trial is expected to be long and ongoing if the prosecution intends to keep leaders in custody, it must give strong reasons.
The panel has also dismissed the danger of escape and the argument of non-co-operation with justice.
