Second Suspect Arrested for German Attack

Arrested the second person for the death-killing stabs in the western German town of Solingen, a spokesman said.

The arrest followed a police operation in a house for refugees in Solingen, the spokesman added. They said they couldn't provide more details about the individual or the connection to the event, reports The Guardian.

The Islamic State Group claimed responsibility Saturday for the stabs at Solingen.

The militant group said in a statement in its account on the telegram that the attack was carried out by one of its members “in revenge for Muslims in Palestine and elsewhere.
