Serbian coach speaking, shows why I accept Partizan's offer

At his first press conference as the coach of “Demasve”, he shows what was the project that convinced the 54-year-old man to choose exactly Partizan.

What persuaded you to accept Partizan's offer?

Partizan is a major team in Albania. I'm very happy, I'm not a person who uses big words. I am very happy, since I have found a very warm welcome from meeting with the president, staff and other people at the club. I'm excited that Partizan has launched a project. It's a new experience for me.

Your opinion of Partizan...

I know almost all the players who are part of the team. We've talked with club leaders about the work and tasks that we're about to have. At this moment all players are part of Partizan we should respect them. I've come up with an idea for all the players through the videos, but you know every coach has different ideas, but I'm already going to be watching them through the hearings and the training process.

Does it bother you that you haven't been able to carry out your preparation phase with the team?

I am 54 years old and have 24 years, coach. I've been working 12 years in four countries. Every country and every club are different in mentality, tradition, in names. I'm very motivated. It's very important to me that every morning I look in the mirror and tell you that every day I give my best. Think of how many people want to be trainers and how many others want to lead Partizan. This is my pleasure and I want to enjoy this every day because I have a life. Right now that I am in Albania, I want to thank all people very much because I feel the warmth of Albanians here because everyone is very kind. This is very important to me.

Need a backup team?

We'll see. A few days ago, the team left Maguette, it is not easy to bring new players to Partizan. Besides the things we need to analyze, we need to consider what this club represents, the tradition it has. We need players ready, feel the weight of the fan, fight for this club. Maguette was one of the team leaders. Those players who come here must feel leaders, but the time we have available is very short. People who work at the club are very serious, they're working on every detail, on setting up players that may be approaching.

In what position do you think you can improve in merkato?

In a few days, the merkato closes. I'm always willing to answer your question in which position the team needs reinforcement, but today is my first day. Right now I'm not sure it would be correct to talk about this subject.
