According to the trusted Spanish newspaper Relevo, Martin Zubimendi has decided to refuse a passage into Anfield.
After first hinting about his desire to join The Reds, he is now withdrawn and will stay at Real Sociedad instead.
But Zubinmend wasn't fully convinced of Red's offer and finally decided not to be transferred to Premier League.
Fabrizio Romano also confirmed that Zubimendo told Liverpool sports director Richard Hughes on Monday that he would not join them.
This comes as a blow to Arne Slot's team as they were eager to sign it.
