In the announcement issued at the CEC, the changes reportedly include new and simpler opportunities to register and vote.
After the election proclamation, you can do the recording in one of these ways: the QR electronic code or mail platform in the CEC mailbox.
During the census period, you have to choose one of these ways to vote:
Vote physically in the diplomatic representation of the Republic of Kosovo, only for the Kosovo Assembly elections;
Posting paper to one of the mailboxes opened outside Kosovo by the CEC;
Sending ballot messages to Kosovo mailbox.
