A year in prison condition for accused of prosecutor's rowing

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has sentenced him to 1 year in prison on condition of Mehmet Lajcin, who was charged with having detained Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor Zef Prendrecaj. Lajqi was charged that in July of this year, at the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Act, wearing bulletproof vests, he had detained prosecutor Prendrecaj in his office, addressing him with the words “if I had a gun with me, I would have killed the prosecutor in the office for days that 100 years I had received”.
Under this conviction, the sentence pronounced by 1 year in prison will not be executed if, within the 2-year verifiable period, the accused Lajqi committed no further criminal offence.
“Aris, court based on legal provisions and Article 4, 7, 8, 10, 17, 39, 40, 46, 48, 49, 69, 70 of the Kosovo Republic's Penal Code and Article 230 and 364 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code, the accused deems him to be sentenced to prison terms for a year, which the sentence will not be executed in the period of 2 years unless the accused commits a new criminal act”, the judge said.
Also, the accused Lajqi is obliged to pay both the procedural and 20th expenses for the judiciary, as well as 20 euros for the crime victims' compensation fund. All of these in the 15-day term from the day of full might of this act under threat of violent completion.
The property-juridical demand in this criminal case did not occur, while the parties dissatisfied with this decision within the 30-day term have the right to complaint through this court at the Court of Appeals.
Otherwise, according to the indictment compiled on July 30th 2024 by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, Mehmet Lajqi was charged with being accused on July 4th 2024, at the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's object, exactly in the office where the injured prosecutor Zef Prendrecaj works, seriously having done the same during his official task in connection with his official work that he would deprive him of life.
The Actakuz says the accused Lajqi had originally gone to the prosecutor's office, Prendrecaj, who had admitted him to the office and given due reports about a criminal case, in which the accused Lajqi has now been a damaged party. However, as the charger says, although the injured Prendrecaj had asked him to release his office, accused Lajqi had continued with aggressive behavior and deportation to him, refusing to leave the office, for which he is now forced to call the police.
According to the prosecution, even after the police arrived, the accused Lajqi has refused to release the office by resisting and being held for chairs, but after being put in control by police officials, he leaves the office of the injured, and as long as the same was leaving the office, in the presence of three police officials (Bashkim Hyseni, Miftar Dukoli and Fadil Ruci) has been addressed with the words: <x0] if I had a gun with my capacity I would have killed the prosecutor at the office for 100 years in prison, what I had taken from the words damaged by his feelings of anxiety and anxiety for personal life.
