Author with initials, Mr. S., he's been cuffed by police, while the raped old man, 82-year-old V. V., as a result of the total damage, he was unable to survive.
Experts from the Sector for Investigation of Crime in DVP Tirana in collaboration with Police Commissioner No. 1, arrested citizen Z. S., 78, resident of a private asylum for the elderly, for criminal work “attempted murder”, envisioned by Article 76 of the Penal Code, is said to be reporting the police. /Tch
