Those flags consist of Russia, Belarus and Taiwan.

Russian athletes and Belarus were prohibited from competing under their banners at the “Paris 2024” because of their involvement in the Ukraine war.
Some athletes from Russia and Belarus are being allowed to compete only as individuals.
Instead of their respective flags, they will have AIN in their fanele, which means the Athletes Individuals Neutres, translated from English into the Neutral Individual Atletes.

Since AIN is not considered a team, any medal won by AIN athletes will not be grouped together in the general medalboard.
As for Taiwan's flag, it is a policy that is said to be in regulations that only official flags of regions or countries participating in the Olympic Games are allowed in environments.
