But the action was not welcomed by the internationals, who are calling it unilateral actions by the Kurti Government.
Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, through a post on the “X” platform, says unilateral steps clash with agreements reached in dialogue.
“The unilateral and uncoordinated steps not only conflict with dialogue agreements, but even worse, risk that Kosovo's application for membership in the European Union remains stuck in the box (inbox)”, Ambassador Rohde says, among other things.
Objections to close Serbia's Post Office facilities have also been experienced by the European Union and the United States of America.
According to them, the Kosovo government is taking unilateral steps, and that these issues should be discussed within the Pristina-Belgrade dialogue.
