The United States has nothing to do with planning or preparing Ukraine's attack on the Kurdish region of Russia, US State Department deputy spokesperson Vedant Patel said.
After Patel said so earlier, now White House spokeswoman Carina Jean-Pierre has reiterated that the US had no preliminary announcement from Ukraine that it had planned a military action in Russia's border region.
That Washington had no involvement in the operation, she told reporters on the board of <x0 Air Force One”, while US President Joe Biden flew to New Orleans.
US officials have requested clarifications from Ukraine concerning its targets in Russia, Sky News reports, broadcast Clankosova.tv.
