After the comment was delivered, the AGK board is expected to be declared for the media.
We announce, tomorrow, August 20, 2024, at 1500, the AGK Board, headed by Chairman Xhemajle Rexha, and media lawyer, Butterfly Kusari, will submit joint comments on the KPM Law to the Constitutional Court. We invite you for a joint media statement”, says the AGK's statement.
The Bill on the Independent Media Commission was passed at the July 11th plenary session in the Kosovo Assembly, with 59 votes in favour.
The bill in question was rejected by opposition parties in the country.
Regarding it, reactions came from internationals.
