The Foundation Court in Ferizaj last week has announced that on Monday (July 29th) the act of prejudice against Dardan Krivasa and Arber Sejdiu will be declared in the case of Marigona Osmani.
The hearing will begin at 11:00.
Krivaqa is accused of criminal acts of rape and serious murder in co-ordination, while Sejdiu is accused of grave murder in co-ordination and of helping him commit the criminal offence.
On Monday, July 29, 2024, starting at 11: 00 p.m., judicial hearings continue with the conviction of the indictment in the criminal case, against the D.K. defendants, charged on Monday, on the basis of article 227 paragraph 4 over paragraph 1 of KPRK and criminal work in co-ordination of serious murder by Article 173 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1, 1.4 and 1.7 related to Article 31 of KPRK, as well as the defendant A.S., accused of criminal co-inccused of committing crimes in the 173th paragraph, 1,7F.1st C.C.C.C., and a press release of the last week's 1,7KC.
Ferizaj's founding court on 4 August 2023 has sentenced him to life in prison for the murder of Marigona Osmani. But the case has turned into second degree retrial.
