The Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy reports that the pay-off system for the Thurman road axis -- Kashar -- will officially start in the coming days, but the public will be announced in advance on the date and schedule of the payment start.
Until the launch of this process, the company will carry out in different time segments, limited payment system tests, to manage the system and staff processing capacity. Regarding the timing of these tests, the public will be announced 24 hours ago, the Top Channel broadcast.
Paying for transition to this axis will be 2.1 euros without T VSH, or its financial equivalency, according to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, on the date of the start of payment system operating.
The Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy requires citizens' understanding during the phase of collusion, as this road axis opened before the deadline to breathe and facilitate traffic in the northern excises, as well as to help citizens who circulate in these areas.
