This night will be special to Spanish defender Jesus Navas, who has announced he will retire.
Despite his age, 38-year-old coach Louis De La Fuente had faith, where he played three matches at Euro-2024.
“Mrata told me it's time to talk because this is my last fight with Spain! I'm excited about everything I've done in football and the national team. Being here at 38 is unique and amazing. It would be extraordinary to win Eurocup, especially for teammates, fans who I think deserve it, how they're working, how we're doing, how we train every day. We're very proud of how we're doing it, and we have to continue this way”, Navas said.
Jesus has 56 presentations for Spain, has won the European Championship twice, 2008 and 2012, and a World Championship in 2010.
