Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has said it is disturbing to hear such news.
Among other things, Rama says this is a tragedy for the democratic world.
It's disturbing to see a candidate for president of the United States get shot during a rally and hear that one participant is dead, and some are left injured. This is a tragedy for the democratic world. My thoughts go to former President Trump and his family. We all hope that this terrible event will unite America and all people of the democratic world against all forms of violence”, Rama wrote on X.
