A year-and-a-half in prison against four victims accused of enrolling students in UP

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has declared a condemnation of four accused Mimoza Beqiri, Behare Bajrami, Ardian Hamiti and Betim Ismajli, condemning each except to one year and 6 months in prison.
The four accused were charged with counterfeiting documents, while defendant Bajrami was also charged with “due to use of the official task”, reports “Justice Vowif”.
The indictment was announced Friday by the chairman of the court, Judge Mede Bytyqi. According to the judge, the prison sentence against the accused will come into force after the integrity of this act.
The four accused, each alone, were obliged to pay for the procedural expenses and that amount of 150 euros for the judiciary and another 50 euros for the compensation fund for crime victims.
The injured, in the pursuit of property-juridic demand, were instructed in judicial-civil conflict.
For accused Behare Bajrami, the court panel after re-culvalating the criminal act by “Kerusing the official task” at “Deception rejected the charge in terms of score 3, 5 and 6, due to the arrival of absulut prescription.
While, disgruntled parties against this decision within the 30-day legal deadline have the right to complaint through this court at the Court of Appeals.
Mimoza Beqiri and Behare Bajrami were charged with joining Ermal Durak, Anton Yakaj, Daut Ademiaj, Ilir Mqirat, Raymond Osman and Edona Saum had committed criminal acts “Deception” by Article 335, paragraph 1 related to Article 31 of KPRK and “False announcement” from Article 390, paragraph 1 of KPRK, but for these criminal acts, it has reached the absolute prescription of prosecution.
Otherwise, Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor has filed an indictment on 31 May 2017, against Mimoza Beqiri, Behare Bajrami, Behim Ismaili, Ardian Hamiti, Ermal Durakut, Anton Jakaj, Daut Ademi, Ilir Murat, Raymonda Osman and Edona Sas God, with the reasoning that by 2013-2014, with the aim of counterlawing, they have forged various documents.
