Former legendary Chelsea coach Real Madrid and Inter was appointed to the helm of the Turkish team in June, shortly after the end of the Champions League final.
He immediately took over the job by transferring new players, first Cenk Tosun, who was transferred as a free player and then Alan Saint-Mat, who was transferred into a loan form from Al-Ahli.
But its latest acquisition has become the most expensive transfer to Turkish football history.
The player in question is attacker Yousef En-Nesiri, who, before completing the transfer to Turkey, was linked to a transition to the Premier League.
However, he has chosen Fenerbahcen, signing a five-year contract for the amount of 20m euros. The Moroccan sponsor reportedly was Mourinho's main goal and will earn fourm euros in the season.
His first task will be to help his new club qualify for the Champions League. They will face Lugano in their second match of the qualifying round, after winning their first score of 4-3 in Switzerland.
Fenerbahce must win two more matches to qualify for the Champions League, which will debut with the new system this season. telegraph
