A month's detention for attempted rape suspect

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has assigned the detention measure to the defendant O's month-long term. L, because of the criminal act “Dim ovation”.

“Gjykata estimated that the appointment of the detention measure argues that if the defendant is in freedom, there are circumstances that indicate the risk of obstructing the course of criminal procedure, affecting damaged and witnesses in this criminal procedure, so the detention measure is the only measure for the course of procedure in this criminal case”, the court's announcement said.

Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
