Kosovo's Demoractic League has reacted after the power today adopted the KKP and KKP Bill, writes Periscope.
The LDK has said they have started drafting relevant subjects for the Constitutional Court.
“The LDK neither accepts nor tolerates the tendency to capture justice and the media. Democracy as a value and as a practice, for leftist extremists may be grave, but for the Republic of Kosovo it is holy”, it is said among other things in the report.

REAGIM FOR MEDIA
Today's vote in the improvised Kosovo Assembly Hall by MPs from the ruling party, both vital laws for our social body, that of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and that of the Independent Media Commission spread the tendency of anti-unconstitutional capture of independent institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
This practice, now confirmed with the Constitutional Court's rulings, is the continuation of Albin Kurti's continued popular efforts to draft laws that do not respect democratic balance in the country, as well as the division of roles of independent institutions within Kosovo.
Incompatibility, while, with the directives of the European Union, the two laws in question, is a valid avoidance of our Euro-Atlantic orientation, an already common practice of popular power that is guided under the logic of extreme left.
The LDK neither accepts nor tolerates the tendency to capture justice and the media. Democracy as a value and as a practice, for leftist extremists may be grave, but for the Republic of Kosovo it is holy.
Therefore, from today, our working teams have started drafting relevant subjects for the Constitutional Court, with full conviction, that in the past ten unconstitutional cases, even the two laws today will get the same conclusion.
Unfortunately for the country, the loss of time to have a sound and fundamental reform in justice remains uncooperative. This power is ending to four years of governance, in unconstitutional efforts to capture institutes, without any concrete results without any substantial development in any field.
