Labour Inspectorate finds 28 violations of the MS decision to limit working hours

According to him, the largest number of these violations has been in the construction sector.

He has added that in the field it has been noted that the decision is finding implementation, but that according to him, labour inspectors are also perceiving cases showing that this decision is not being implemented.

So far I can tell you that the General Central Labour Inspectorate is proving that the decision is implementing mostly at satisfactory levels. But despite that, the IQP or Labour Inspectors are also perceiving cases that indicate that this decision is not being implemented. Saturday on July 13th The IQP has stopped in the field for monitoring the implementation of this decision by judicial subjects and has listed 28 violations in 28 judicial subjects that have not implemented this MS decision”.

For that I suggested that 28 cases, the majority of them are in the construction sector. Because as the decision points out, it is prohibited from 11: 00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m. Work in open environments exposed to the sun, most of these environments are in the construction sector that we monitor”, he said.

He has said that based on the IQP legal provisions, he will pronounce fines against these subjects, who, according to him, are ahead of the administrative directive.

“As a whole based on legal provisions of the labour law, on the law of security and health of the job and administrative instruction of the fines, the IQP will impose fines on these 28 legal subjects. The IP is continuing to do oversight and implementation of this very MS decision of its score of 1,2 and 4, which falls into the Central Labour Inspectorate domain as law enforcement to make its supervision. They have been identified in Pristina, in Gjakova, in Prizren and in Pec”, he has said.
