Turkey won a big victory with a score of 2-1 against Austria in the 1/8th phase, with their hero Demiral, who scored two goals.
After the second goal, however, Al Ahli's defender has held a celebration known as Wolf's greeting, which is counted as nationalist greetings.
This celebration is banned in Austria and Germany, prompting UEFA to take steps about a possible player's sentence.
A few days after, UEFA has made a decision condemning Demiral to two matches not to immediate effect.
Thus, Demiral will not be available for the match against the Netherlands and if they continue in the semifinals with one of Switzerland or England.
