Psachme Prosecutor Altin Daman during a meeting of journalists questioned about Arben Ahmetaj's extradition, said SPAK is pending by Swiss authorities. Doman also commented on Ahmetaj's statements about Ray 3.
“We have proceedings for intensivers, and these statements are being verified under those proceedings”, Doman said.
The head of the SPAK also stopped at the extraditions of Albanian fugitives from Dubai, a country with which Albania still does not have an extradition agreement.
“7 official extradition procedure we have with Dubai, as in the information we have, there are suspects who have signed international arrest warrants”, Durant said.
