A TAD spokeswoman confirmed the decision, but said it was not yet binding and could be rejected in appeals, which Spanish media reports Rocha plans to do.
The news comes three days after Spanish football players won the European champion title in Berlin, defeating England in the finals by 2-1.
Reports say the TAD imposed a sanctions on RFEF officials' dismissal. The court estimates that Rocha had no right to this move as head of the RFEF's interim commission, following the resignation of the former president, Luis Rubiles.
Rocha was allegedly fined about 33,000 euros for other irregularities. Rubials resigned last September after kissing the lion Jennifer Hermoso on the lips saw her consent at the trophy ceremony at the end of the World Cup in which Spain won the title.

He and three co-accused ones will be tried in February 2025 for this relationship, and Rubiles is also under investigation for corruption and money laundering during his term as RFEF president. /Telegraphy/
