Kosovo's chief negotiator in the Brussels dialogue, Besnik Bislimi, in an interview given today has spoken of handing over comments on the implementation plan for the last agreement reached in Brussels and Ohrid between Kosovo and Serbia.
Bislim said they sent a seven-page comment paper yesterday and received confirmation that the document reached Borell's office.
In this document, Bislim says that they have once again clarified the three fuses that have been requested in terms of steps to be taken regarding the agreement reached.
We have clarified once again the reason why we insisted on these fuses during the meeting between Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the Lajcak Borelli. The first is the formalisation of the agreement. The second assurance has been the withdrawal of the letter former Prime Minister Brnabiq had deposited in Brussels. The third race is the handover of Radojiciqi”, Bislim said in this interview at KTV.
He has also expressed concern and criticism for Slovak emissary Miroslav Lajcak about how the agreement reached should be implemented.
Bislimi has said there has been a tendency by Miroslav Lajcak that Serbia's obligation not to prevent Kosovo's membership in international organisations from falling short of the implementation plan.
