Two accused fail to start trial for MP Blerta Deliu-Codra's cannom

For the absence of accused Mjaku, case judge Sabit Sadiku said the same was regularly invited, yet he did not appear at this session. For Mojak, he said the court would issue a warrant for forced conduct.

Also, at this hearing, Deliu-Codra was missing, for which Judge Sadikuj indicated he was invited over the phone but had no chance to appear in court.

Otherwise, according to the indictment compiled on September 7th, 2022 by Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor Ergim Qrolli, Bland Mjaku and Miranda Terzija are charged that on November 19, 2021, following a session of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, deliberately and seriously, MP Blerta Deliu-Codra.
The incident says that the row to Deliu-Coder, the accused had done it through the social network “Facebook”, so the accused Qroll was addressed with the words: “suck ass..., fuck you, fuck them alive and the meanest of them fuck you...
And the accused Mjak is said to have been addressed with the words: “-bessy you q..., dekmi q., and you.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
With these actions, Qrolli, Mjaku and Terzija are charged that each alone has committed criminal acts “Canning” from Article 181, paragraph 3 concerning paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, which is punishable by imprisonment of six months to five years.
