That was after an arrest warrant had been issued by the tribunal for a case of serious attempted murder that was sentenced to two years in prison.
“Regional Police Director in Gjilan, police officials from the national police station in the wake of implementation of the ordinance issued by the court, with the date 08.07.2024 arrested L.J. (year of birth 1991, Kosovo male). He was wanted by a court order by the Constitutional Court with a two-year prison sentence for the criminal act of a serious attempted murder. After the completion of the procedures, he was sent to the suffering of the” sentence, police report reported.
The regional police directorate in Gjilan reports it will continue with the implementation of ordinances on persons who have not yet responded to the appeal of courts.
