Police Deputy Director for the Northern Region Veton Elshani said the suspected person is being interviewed.
“Around 7:00 p.m. has been arrested L.D., the same suspect of evolution in May 2023 events. There are 93 KFOR members who have been injured in violent protests. Suspect is being interviewed at the South Police Station. After the interview, the prosecutor's decision is expected. He was arrested in Bistrica (Zvecan)”, Elshani told Express.
As a result of these protests, dozens of KFOR soldiers suffered various bodily injuries. Serbs opposed the appointment of Albanian mayors in northern municipalities.
