Proud Sylvinho: Honor to be in EURO 2024 with Albania, we want points at every match!

National coach Sylvinho spoke at the press conference prior to his first Euro-2024 match against Italy on June 15th.

The Brazilian Reds Technique stressed that it is an honor to be in EURO 2017 with Albania.

First of all, I'm happy to be here, we've had a tough competition in qualifying, and it's an honor to be with Albania at EURO 2024. I'm sorry that the captain (Jimshi) has not played in 2016, but I'm glad for the opportunity he already deserves. He represents us very well. He has also added that they will fight for every possible point.

On the other hand, he made comparisons between modern - day Italy and that of previous years.

There are many differences between last Italy and the present. But, Italy is a high-level team, has fast players and a great coach. Mancini has done a great job, Spallette too.
