But gradually this list is getting shorter and will drop to 26 footballers who will be invited to the European Championship.
Selector Murat Yakin has resumed reducing the list, leaving four footballers as long as there were two Albanians among them.
The footballers removed from the Swiss camp are Philip Ugrinic, Kevin Mbububu, Bislim Bridge and Albian Hajdari.
“They were individually involved in the group, inside and outside the field and contributed to ensure that the quality and intensity of the last ten days of training was too high. After all, I gave priority to other players in their positions for tactical and strategic reasons. Philip has a lot of midfield competition. On the right side of the defence, I gave priority to Leonidas Stergiou, who wrapped up his convincing season in Stutgart with a qualifications in the Champions League and who can be used flexiblely as in protecting three players as a defense centre rather than in other systems on the right side of”, Yakin explains to justify his decision.

The same is true of the Bissim Bridge and Albian Hajdari, who were still in the race Sunday with FC Lugano in the Swiss Cup final. “We have agreed with them who will no longer travel to St. Gallen for the remaining days of the camp, but they will stand individually in shape to be ready if we need them during the” tournament, Yakin explains.
As agreed at the outset, the two goalmen, Pascal Lorez and Marvin Keller, left the team yesterday.
