The Czechs went first in the lead with the Provid who achieved a fine goal in the 62nd minute of the meeting.
Seven minutes later, Hranac marked an accidental automobile to match the outcome.
Diogo Yourta scored in the 87th minute, yet the goal was cancelled for an out-of-the-game position.
In the second minute, however, Francisco Concecao made it to give victory to his nation.
With this victory, Portugal now has three points in second place, as well as Turkey leading Group F.
Chekhia is third with no point, just as Georgia closes the group
