In January 2020, Pique was one of the first three players in Barcelona whose salaries had “spilled” from the Spanish TV3 Onze programme.
Now retired, former Barcelona football player and Manchester United had denied those claims that he was making big money at Barca.
But not only did he do it, but he also published his bank account on the X platform, where he found half of his annual salary two million euros.
It shows that Pique had earned 4m euros (about 75 thousand euros a week) for 2021.

Spanish journalist Llyis Cunt, who worked that time for Spanish television, had claimed that Pique had earned about 11.7m euros for only one season.
Under the photograph of his bank account Pique wrote: Cartoons like this go public television to protect their friends. Here's 50 percent of my paycheck on December 30. Have some respect for yourself.
Cunt had similar claims on Sergio Busuket and Jordi Alba, who were part of Barcelona during that time.
Pique, meanwhile, had announced his retirement from football in November 2022, while his last match had been against Almeria.
