Istog War Crimes Indicted for Eight Years

The damaged parties, to implement the property-juridical demand, are directed in regular legal disputes.
In this case, the complaint is allowed in the 30-day term after the court is written down.
The accused's detention measures continue until the integrity of this act. Also, in prison sentences, Joliqi will be counted as the time spent in detention.
The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) on November 18th, 2022, has filed charges against indictees Caslav Jolic with the argument that during the time of the war in Kosovo, in co-ordination with others, violating international law rules, applied torture measures and causing great suffering or violation of body integrity or health against the civilian population who have not directly participated in conflicts with war causes.
