Georgian billionaire Bidzin Ivanisvili has promised national players and staff a bonus of 8.4m pounds (9.9m euros) to reach the preliminary phase.
Ivanisvili, who founded the ruling political party “Dreamed Georgia” and soon became the country's prime minister in 2012, has a fortune of 3.87 billion pounds (over 4 billion and 500m euros), making him the world's 633 richest man.
