What is said in the detention request against four guilty suspects, obligation and kidnapping

Peja's foundation prosecutor has called for the measure of detention of Valbona Pakasica, Anes Pakasica, Irfan Pakashtica and Idriz Hajrizi, suspected of conviction, obligation and kidnapping.

The proposal for the detention measure, the prosecution has demanded it because there is also the danger of escape, because defendants Irfan and Valbona Packica were planning to leave the Republic of Kosovo, sell their property and move abroad, and indictee Idriz Hajriz had for a time been living outside Kosovo.

Therefore, the request is said to be to release them and prevent the normal course of criminal procedure, as well as the impact on witnesses and the annihilation of evidence.

Under the request provided by “Justice Vowtim”, the prosecution has demanded that detention be set because the previous conditions have been met under legal provisions that indictees Valbona, Anes and Irfan Packaca allegedly suspected of “x3>, “Decidition”, and “loss”, while defendant Idriz Hajrizi allegedly has been suspected of compensation.

The request reportedly has met the fundamental conditions for the existence given that the defendants had to commit alleged criminal acts under the decision to start investigations and expand investigations.
