During the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi announced it with the situation instead of the region, the Government's goals and achieved in the last three years. He stressed that the country is advancing and developing at a fast pace, despite the barriers we are facing. According to the latest data and from the AKS, the first quarter of this year has marked economic growth at 5.62%. Even World Bank projections and the International Monetary Fund for the coming years, as well as Kosovo's international debates in many areas, stand as evidence of our country's progress.
Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi added that BPV's growth, employment growth, rule of law, integration into the European Union and membership in international organisations are key goals for Government.
The following was discussed and on the process of dialogue, where Deputy Prime Minister General Yenča announced the latest developments, expressing the continued constructiveness and engagement of our side in this process, which has unfortunately faced destructivity and lack of will and readiness for further steps and implementation of agreements on the other side.
On the destructive approach and the constant threat Serbia poses to Kosovo, the deputy prime minister recalled that our northern neighbour has 48 operational front bases around the border with Kosovo, consistently holds major military exercises and exercises just miles away from the border with our state and flies MIG 29 fighter planes around the border.
At the end of the meeting, the deputy prime minister thanked Mr. Yenča wanted a productive, productive attitude in Kosovo.
