According to the indictment of April 13th, 2023, accused Milorad Shubariq with the nickname “Miqa” which is in custody, charged with the date on May 7th 2022 around 15:30 minutes in the village of Ulterica, Lipjan municipality, due to several disputes between defendants and now the late D.S., and several years around the property-house of the accused's brothers -- Milorad Shubarq and D.S., while now feeling he was working in front of his court of the defendant, and several years ago, while Milorad Shuquka's wife had started her gun in the face of the attack, where the suspect had now recovered Miux Mifi and the suspect's pulled off on the scene, where he had picked up on a trip to the suspect's face, and had picked up on the attack with a request from a gun.
With that, the defendant according to the prosecution committed a criminal offence “grave murder” by Article 175. paragraph 1. Subparagraph 1.3 and 1.6 of KPRK.
