Donald Trump has been found guilty of counterfeiting the company's business data, becoming the first former American president to be convicted of criminal offence.
After two-day discussions, the 12 members of the jury found Trump guilty of all 34 charges he was charged with.
To achieve an act of judgment, bias among members of the jury was needed.
Trump, 77, has denied the accusations and is expected to complain about the decision.
Trump was charged with falsating the data to hide the repayments he had made to his lawyer, Michael Cohen, who paid for the pornography actress Stormy Daniels, 130 thousand dollars in the 2016 presidential campaign, in exchange for not publicly presenting the claim that he had sex with Trump a decade earlier.
