Tyson Fury and Oleksander Usyk both have won a fortune from their fight for the undisputed heavyweight champion in boxing.
Usik broke a 25-year record, becoming the first boxer since the time of Lennox Lewis that wins all the unified W titles BC, W BA, WHO and IBF.
Ukrainians won with the judges' separate decision after he dominated most of the rounds against Fury, otherwise known as the Gypsy King.
Named <x0mec of the century”, this major boxing event filled the expectations of sports fans around the world.
Despite his loss, however, Fury is expected to receive a large sum of money as a reward.
Under the agreement the two boxers reached in 2023, they decided to split 70/30 in favour of Fury.
As accurate figures of money gained have not yet been disclosed, there are rumours that Fury has a 150m-euro fitar for participating in this deal.
The reason that Usik agreed with Fury's request was only because his opponent would donate 1m euros from his profits for Ukraine, due to the ongoing fight with Russia.
On the other side of the deal and speculation about the money earned, Usik reportedly received 64m euros, while confirming the exact amount of money is expected to occur in the near future. /Telegraphy/
