Population census extension requirement, government speech

By contrast, today the process of censusing ends, family economies and residences, which began on 5 April, and numerous citizens have complained that no registration has yet to be recorded, thus demanding a postponement of the registration deadline.
The preliminary results of the census are expected to be published within three months.
Under the Law on Population Recording, Family Economics and Homes, each person can be fined between 30 and 2 thousand euros if he refuses to provide information requested by the recorder. This does not include information about ethnic and religious affiliation that are not mandatory.
Population registration was scheduled to take place in 2021, but was postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
