Orban, who has reports close to Moscow, has disagreements with Western states regarding support for Ukraine since Russia began its neighbour's full-scale invasion over two years ago.
They are meeting in Prague to discuss military assistance to Ukraine.
Chief NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, said the day before the “time has come for members of the military alliance to reconsider some of the restrictions they give to Ukraine.

Orban also said negotiations regarding sending French military trainers to Ukraine and allowing the Ukrainian army to use Western weapons to attack Russian targets were a “disturbing idea” that would put NATO closer to war.
A mission NATO in Ukraine would risk a global war instead of protecting alliance members, Orban said.
It is absurd that NATO, instead of protecting us, is drawing us into world war. This is absurd as a fireman decides to extinguish the fire with a flamethrowing”, Orban told Hungarian state radio.
Reports between Budapest and NATO have deteriorated due to the stalled ratification of Sweden's alliance accession by Hungary eventually ratified Sweden's admission in March, and also because of Orban's close reports with Moscow, despite the war in Ukraine. /rel/
