The Kosovo Lawyers' Oda (OAK) has announced that on May 17th 2024, Rexhep Veselin, the disciplinary prosecutor in the OAK, has been temporarily suspended.

Disciplinary investigation has been initiated against Wessel, and his case will be handled in accordance with OAK's law and norms.

Wessel is declared innocent until the confirmation of alleged violations with the decision of form cut by OAK's organs.

The OAK encourages all lawyers to work continuously to protect legitimacy and constitutionality in the country, as well as preserve and strengthen the dignity of the lawyer. /IndesksOnline/
