According to a special prosecutor's report, the indictment against the two defendants has been disclosed because of the criminal offence and lack of patience.
“Special Procurory reports that the indictment against the two top defendants has been established because of the criminal act ] of division and no patience from Article 141 paragraph 3 over paragraph 1 and Article 31 of KPRC”, the statement says.
