Act guilty to Goran Rakiqi

The Act, provided by “Justice Vow”, is compiled on May 2nd 2024 by prosecutor Ali Aydin.

According to the indictment, Rakiq, in the quality of the Ministry of Communities and Kthim, has deliberately acted in opposition to Article 5 of the Law on Declaration, Obligation and Control of the Riches of High Public Officials, so that the same one, while being obliged to make the declaration of property in the form of the declaration of wealth, has not presented the required data correctly.

The Actakuz says Rakiq, on the form for property statements submitted on March 31st 2021, did not accurately submit the required data for 2020, respectively, has not declared annual revenues benefited from the post as assistant to the High Economic School in Pec and office at the Public Company “Standard” in Mitrovica.

By these actions, Rakic is accused of committing criminal acts by the corruption chapter “No reporting or false reporting of property, income, gift or other material benefit or financial obligations”, from Article 430, paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code, this work punishable by fines and imprisonment of six months to five years.

In the argument of the indictment, Rakic is said to have accepted the commission in his statement, as a whole, and the same is expressed ready to enter into negotiations for admitting guilt.

And one such thing for the “Justice Vow”, on April 25, 2024, had confirmed the chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, Zejnullah Gashi, when the accused Rakiq was now seen at the site of this prosecution.

The “Justice Trust” has attempted to contact also the accused Rakiq, but the same was peaceful.
