A Madrid court ruling ruled in favour of Europe's Superleague in the W dispute EFA and FIFA. The two organisations are accused of <x0 abuse of dominant position and obstructing free market competition”.
Judge Sofía Gil García considers U The EFA and FIFA <x0-5,net 101 and 102 of the Treaty for functioning of the European Union”.
In her decision, court orders U The EFA and FIFA to stop “from anticompetitive behavior and stop repeating it in the future”.
Both organisations are also ordered to immediately eliminate all the effects of anticompetitive actions that took place before or during this” procedure, which began on April 18, 2021, when E. SLC announced the creation of the Superleague. /s/
