EU spokesman Peter Stano has commented that Brussels has seen many crises at the same time, according to him, very few solutions and steps leading to deforestation.
“The opening of the bridge in Mitrovica is actually the object of two agreements within the EU's facilitated dialogue: from 2015 and 2016. And despite European Union efforts as a facilitator, this bridge remains closed for circulation. And since this is an issue that concerns the EU facilitated dialogue, negotiations and any decision related to the bridge should be discussed and dealt with in dialogue and with the participation of official representatives on both sides: Kosovo and Serbia. That is very clear”, the EU spokesman said, RTK reports.
Peter Stano on this level repeated the regular order, it is necessary to implement all agreements reached within the process of normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia. All in his view, each new crisis presented, turns attention away from the necessity of implementing the key agreement.
